This airline is a disgrace ! We had a flight cancelled on 25/4/23 The complaints procedure is long and frustrating! Despite the fact they have agreed the claim and took financial details we have still to date 12/11/23 had no recompense. We have done EVERYTHING they have asked by return e mail but they take literally weeks to reply, if you ring, you cannot get past the contact centre they are rude, obstructive and a disgrace to the Beautiful Azores I will NEVER. fly with them again !!!
