Very stressful that apparently their company policy is not to display the flights on the departure board until one hour before the flight is scheduled to depart. I ended up spending an extra hour at the airport going to three information desks and ringing their helpline to try to understand why the fight wasn't displayed. I'm still not convinced it will be, given it should have specified where to check in yet didn't.It finally took 4 phone calls to customer support to find the gate i needed to go to. Arrived just in time before the gate closed. Then had to spend more than ten minutes standing in a hot bus (after everyone had boarded and before it started driving).I realize Lisbon airport might be to blame for much of this, but still, this was my experience.
