I booked the Azores package for 3 islands for my husband and I. The lady that we talked too answered all of our questions. We added a few days before and after the trip package. She was very accommodating. We asked about our drivers license, whether we needed anything other than our current drivers license she knew the answer right away. She made us feel important. She was very polite and professional
