The agent was fantastic in every way. Organizing a trip for a group of 11, ranging in age from 4 to 74, was quite a challenge, but the arrangements were made beautifully, with excellent suggestions throughout. Her patience was remarkable as my decisions changed often. I truly appreciated her assistance and kindness. A real gem!! 💕
The packages are fantastic - all properties are top-notch. However, the airline seats are far too small and cramped. The person next to my husband couldn't fit in his seat and encroached on my husband's half, making the flight very uncomfortable and not to mention unhygienic!
Everyone at the service is extremely helpful and kind. No matter the question, they find a solution. As a first-time user of a travel agency, I was quite anxious, but I had no reason to be. They were exceptional. Hotel bookings were perfect, car rentals were great, and flights were on time with smooth connections.
They did an excellent job organizing our trip, which included flights, accommodations, ferry rides, and rental cars. A few adjustments were necessary, but they handled them well. The value for the experience we had was outstanding!
