I placed an order for a TV table on October 23rd, expecting delivery in 4-5 weeks. By early December, there was no update on my order. After several emails, they kept delaying until I threatened to report them. They then stated it would arrive after December 15th. I reminded them of their original timeline, and they offered a refund for the shipping costs, which I agreed to. However, I had to threaten them again before the reimbursement was processed on December 18th, along with an email claiming my order was shipped on the 19th. Realizing their untrustworthiness, I requested a cancellation but got no response. By January 7th, the tracking hadn't changed, and I again had to threaten legal action to receive a reply. They agreed to refund my order without further questions, despite previously claiming it had shipped. We'll see if they actually follow through.
