Frustrating Order Delays

I ordered a TV table on October 23rd and was told it would take 4-5 weeks for delivery. By early December, there was still no sign of my order. After reaching out via email, they continued to delay until I threatened to report them. They then promised it would arrive after December 15th. I reminded them of their original timeline, and they offered to refund the shipping costs, which I accepted. However, I had to threaten them again before I finally received the reimbursement on December 18th, along with an email stating my order had shipped on the 19th. Realizing they were untrustworthy, I requested to cancel the order but received no response. As of January 7th, the tracking was unchanged, and I once again had to threaten legal action to get a reply. They agreed to refund my order without asking for further details, despite claiming it had already been shipped. We’ll see if they actually follow through.

Fraudulent Practices

Caution Regarding This Platform!

Caution regarding this platform! The delivery times they advertise are not reliable. My order was delayed by four months, and I received no updates unless I called them myself. When I did, the staff seemed annoyed, as if I was at fault. When I threatened to cancel, they offered a 10% discount for the inconvenience. Yet, four months later, I'm still waiting for my refund. Now, they are impossible to reach by phone, always claiming to be busy. This platform is unreliable and dishonest. Steer clear!

Avoid This Seller

I ordered furniture in June for a July delivery. It was delayed due to the manufacturer, they claimed. They promised it would arrive in Barcelona by the first week of October when I was back in town. They refused to connect me with the delivery company and sent a tracking image that didn’t provide any contact information. The furniture never arrived. I offered for my elderly father-in-law to receive it, but they insisted on leaving it on the street, contrary to the invoice. They then demanded an additional 120 euros for delivery (which I had already paid) and refused to refund my money if I didn't pay. I agreed to the extra charge but insisted on paying via card, after which I heard nothing from them. Fortunately, my credit card company intervened and refunded me, so I only lost time and stress. It seems they are either completely incompetent or dishonest. Good luck if you decide to purchase from them. Interestingly, my credit card company initially hesitated to process my payment because they were categorized as a 'flower company' rather than a furniture seller, which raised suspicions.

Corner Tub Review

The delivery took a while, but it eventually arrived after about two weeks. The packaging was solid, although the shroud's protection could have been improved. Thankfully, there was no damage. The fitting instructions were clear, but the exact placement of the support was ambiguous. It seemed installable in various positions, but misplacement could interfere with the shroud. Additionally, the supplied screws didn't grip well, necessitating pre-drilling, which was risky. Ultimately, the final result is very good.

Nightmare with This Service

The worst experience with this service. I ordered a bedroom set last month, which was advertised as deliverable within two weeks. Instead, it took over a month and a half to arrive, and the wardrobe was missing. We were also informed that bed slats were not included, so I ordered them separately. It turned out the bedroom set included slats, leading to an unnecessary purchase that couldn't be returned due to the time elapsed. To make matters worse, the bed I received was not the size I ordered. Even the new mattress was rendered useless. Customer service was incredibly rude, questioning my statements and attempting to belittle me. The only option provided was to dismantle the assembled bed and send me parts to correct the size issue. Despite several emails, I have yet to receive a response. I’m sharing this to warn potential customers about the unprofessionalism and dishonesty of this so-called 'company.' NEVER AGAIN!

Long Delivery Time with Issues

I ordered on April 11th and received my order on May 28th after numerous reminders and emails. Expect at least 1.5 months for delivery! Double-check upon delivery! The model I received was not what I ordered, but rather a similar one from a different manufacturer, with a price difference of 299 to 86 euros. I accepted it due to pressing renovation needs.
