I ordered furniture in June for a July delivery. It was delayed due to the manufacturer, they claimed. They promised it would arrive in Barcelona by the first week of October when I was back in town. They refused to connect me with the delivery company and sent a tracking image that didn’t provide any contact information. The furniture never arrived. I offered for my elderly father-in-law to receive it, but they insisted on leaving it on the street, contrary to the invoice. They then demanded an additional 120 euros for delivery (which I had already paid) and refused to refund my money if I didn't pay. I agreed to the extra charge but insisted on paying via card, after which I heard nothing from them. Fortunately, my credit card company intervened and refunded me, so I only lost time and stress. It seems they are either completely incompetent or dishonest. Good luck if you decide to purchase from them. Interestingly, my credit card company initially hesitated to process my payment because they were categorized as a 'flower company' rather than a furniture seller, which raised suspicions.
