I ordered a TV table on October 23rd and was told it would take 4-5 weeks for delivery. By early December, there was still no sign of my order. After reaching out via email, they continued to delay until I threatened to report them. They then promised it would arrive after December 15th. I reminded them of their original timeline, and they offered to refund the shipping costs, which I accepted. However, I had to threaten them again before I finally received the reimbursement on December 18th, along with an email stating my order had shipped on the 19th. Realizing they were untrustworthy, I requested to cancel the order but received no response. As of January 7th, the tracking was unchanged, and I once again had to threaten legal action to get a reply. They agreed to refund my order without asking for further details, despite claiming it had already been shipped. We’ll see if they actually follow through.
