The company claimed my product would ship from the US within 2-7 days, but after 13 days, it was still coming from overseas. USPS later informed me that my package was confiscated due to counterfeit postage and would not be delivered. Despite multiple notifications to the company, they provided no real help. I requested a US shipment and received no response. Now, on day 19, still no delivery. BEWARE!! A full refund was eventually issued, but I will update if it doesn't process.
