Thought I order Azure but it came from Fadelo, first thing I notice it wasn't a coffee color or smell, it smell awful even though it said unscented, I email them and thank God they refunded my $47.50
I would not recommend this purchase as it takes an excessive amount of time to arrive. The tracking links are ineffective, and you may receive an unexpected package. Additionally, they begin charging your card without prior notice. I did not agree to any recurring orders or subscriptions. Caution is advised.
Initially, I made one purchase but didn't subscribe to anything. After my first order, they began charging me monthly. When I attempted to contact customer service, I found the number was incorrect. My bank advised me to get a new debit card to stop the charges, which I had to do.
The company claimed my product would ship from the US within 2-7 days, but after 13 days, it was still coming from overseas. USPS later informed me that my package was confiscated due to counterfeit postage and would not be delivered. Despite multiple notifications to the company, they provided no real help. I requested a US shipment and received no response. Now, on day 19, still no delivery. BEWARE!! A full refund was eventually issued, but I will update if it doesn't process.

Please AVOID this product; it is not real Batana oil. I ordered two, and it took a long time to arrive. When I received them, I discovered they were counterfeit, and they charged my credit card for another order I never placed. No cancellation options are available. Stay away from this company.
