The customer service was appalling. The staff were rude and unhelpful. I sought assistance to order products that weren't available in-store, but they showed no willingness to assist. My questions were ignored, and they bluntly stated that if it wasn't in stock, there was nothing they could do. They didn't even consider asking a manager or another team member. Even during the payment process, their demeanor was unfriendly. I was left disappointed by the service and will not return. I will choose to shop elsewhere.
