I was looking for a particular sweet which I only found on this website so I placed an order for 3 bags and then added many other things because I noticed that the delivery (London to London) was a steep £8.99 and I wanted to make sure this was justified! However, when I received the order 80% of the items were missing, including the sweets I had specifically wanted, and the others were not what I had ordered, but they had sent whatever they wanted - ie I had ordered strawberry flavour (which they said they had shipped but instead I got watermelon which I hate). I was still charged £8.99 even though the order was itself only about that amount at this point and only included things I could easily find down the road from me. I have tried to contact them both by email and phone but they do not respond! Terrible customer service and false advertisement.
