When we received our order the package was badly wrapped and one end of it was very wet and soggy and I opened it with the courier to show him what was wrong. He made a note. When we opened it a jar of asparagus had a loose lid and all the liquid had gone. We later noticed that some of the asparagus was missing! The fact was it was not packed properly anyway. The crackers box was dented and contents were damaged and broken. The bag of pretzels had many broken pieces. I have now telephoned twice and left messages with my number. I've also sent two emails that night and have had no response so far. Not impressed. We had frozen cheese pancakes where the box was also soggy! They had become unfrozen. It would be nice to receive a response. It does not look like we would use them again.
