Avoid this service at all costs. We rented an electric car for a week, and by day four, it turned into a nightmare. Water leaked inside the car, posing a safety risk, and serious mechanical issues arose. When we attempted to return the car, there was no one available, and we waited over 30 minutes for assistance. The agent confirmed the defects but offered no replacement or refund. We lost valuable time and felt unsafe throughout our rental. The lack of communication and support was appalling. This service is unreliable and shows no regard for customer safety.
