⚠️ CAUTION - UNRELIABLE CAR RENTAL SERVICE ⚠️ On December 4, 2025, we arrived in Naples and rented a vehicle through a booking platform. During the pickup, the service's representative exerted aggressive and misleading pressure to compel us to buy their 'full insurance,' despite our clear communication that we had valid comprehensive insurance from another provider. When we declined their insurance, the representative tried to intimidate us with exaggerated and speculative cost scenarios to force us into purchasing unnecessary coverage. We returned the car on December 9, 2025, at 04:00 AM. There was no inspection, documentation, or damage report; a guard simply took the vehicle at the gate. For clarity: the car was returned in the same condition it was received, and it had visible damages at the time of pickup. Days later, without any notice, warning, explanation, or evidence, our credit card was charged 970 EUR by the service. Only after numerous complaints did the company send a single document claiming damage — lacking photos, timestamps, proof, or any relation to the vehicle's condition at return. Since then, they have stopped all communication, ignoring our emails and inquiries. This behavior strongly indicates a systematic scheme: customers who refuse to buy insurance directly from the service are later charged for unproven or fabricated damages, especially when they possess third-party insurance — making it easier for the company to recover funds. This conduct amounts to deceptive commercial practices, unauthorized credit card charges, and bad-faith treatment of customers. FINAL CAUTION: This is not a legitimate or trustworthy rental service. It is a high-risk operation that targets customers who opt out of their insurance. Avoid this service. Renting from them could lead to financial exploitation, false claims, and a complete lack of accountability.

I have nothing positive to share. After paying for full insurance, they deducted a deposit of 90 euros without providing a receipt. Attempts to contact them were futile. They are clearly engaging in fraudulent practices. I will not use this service again.

I do not recommend this service. The main problems were: 1. They advertise being at the terminal, but they are actually 4km away, requiring an overcrowded bus. I almost missed my flight because of this. 2. Their operating hours are limited compared to other companies. 3. Upon returning the car, I pointed out a worn wiper blade, but the employee downplayed it instead of acknowledging my concern. It would have been better to have a more courteous interaction.
