I rent a car in catania sicily from B-Rent a car and i had a very bad experience with their staff who bluffed me with an extra amount of 266 stating the exiting of a very small scratch (which already exist) when i rented the car.at the begin show this scratch to the lady who handled the car to me and she said, it is a very small scratch less than 5 CM and won't charged, do not worry about it . when i returned the car back she insist to charge me with 266 euros, once i told her about what she said she answered me: is not mentioned anywhere in your contract that a small scratch less than 5 CM won't be charged and we have to debit your credit card with the full damage/reperation.Sincerely they are unprofessional and not trustworthy
