I have not yet received the product, and it has now been almost a month.Despite multiple attempts to contact B2E Surplus through various channels, including their main email, the emergency contact, the resolution email, and even the CEO, I have received no response. I expected timely delivery and transparent communication, especially given the high cost of the item and expedited shipping fee.The lack of responsiveness is extremely disappointing, and the situation remains unresolved. I do not recommend purchasing from this company if you expect reliable communication or timely delivery.EDIT (a few months later):I eventually received a refund for the order. The product was never delivered, which was frustrating, especially considering the high cost and the fee for express shipping.However, I appreciate that the issue was resolved, even if it took a long time and required persistent follow-up.
