I placed an overnight order for 8 actuators on Thursday 10/9/25, on Monday morning (10/13/25) they had still not arrived. I called, they actually answered and told me they forgot to process my order but they will get it shipped out immediately. about 4 days later 3 out of my 8 actuators arrived. I continued calling, emailing, and messaging them on Facebook with no responses what so ever, while i continued to ask for a call back. Finally I got an email back on 10/22/25 that they were trying to locate my missing actuators, I responded immediately asking for a call back, still nothing. This morning (10/23/25) I received a second shipment with 4 more actuators. I have continued trying calling and emailing with Zero responses. Do not recommend using this company for anything. I was also told by the one and only person that actually answered my calls that I would be reimbursed for the $130 overnight shipping and that has not happened either. Very disappointed. ORDER # 127061.
Buyers beware! Not a reputable Company.We ordered a valvetrain PN B348+AFRX24-MFT online on 08-28-25, Order #126677. We were told they were in stock and after several weeks of it not showing up, we tried calling and emailing on several occasions without response. We are still waiting as of 10-10-2025. Our card was charged at the time of order and payment was processed. Have filed a complaint with our credit card company for a refund. LO
