Terrible customer service—I don't expect to be disconnected when inquiring about a product to ensure I choose the right size. I've received the wrong product twice, despite calling to confirm, as the sizing is quite confusing (and they change their measurement methods, adding to the confusion). If a company sends the wrong item, I would expect them to cover return costs, but they insist I pay for their mistake and then refuse to sell me the correct item. Many reviews mention rude behavior, and I'm sure they will blame the customer—I remained polite. You have nice products, but your customer treatment is the worst I've encountered. UPDATE: Your defensive response and falsehoods do not justify your rudeness. It's unfortunate that a good idea led to such a poor experience.
