I placed my order for a jacket on 10/11/2025 after numerous emails and chats filled with excuses. The packet finally shipped on 5/12/2025. As of today, 23/12/2025, it is still in transit. This situation is nothing short of a mockery. I would give zero stars if possible, but I have to assign one. I will not be ordering again.
