I placed my order for a jacket on 10/11/2025 after numerous emails and chats filled with excuses. The packet finally shipped on 5/12/2025. As of today, 23/12/2025, it is still in transit. This situation is nothing short of a mockery. I would give zero stars if possible, but I have to assign one. I will not be ordering again.

I purchased a jacket in August 2025, and it still hasn’t been delivered by October 2025. After multiple follow-ups, I received an incorrect tracking code, and the courier has been unresponsive. I'm very disappointed and regret my decision to order here.
I found the last backpack in my size in Europe on this platform. Initially hesitant, I decided to order after reading the reviews and I’m glad I did! The shipment was quick, taking about a week, and the customer support was very responsive.
I bought a long sleeping bag since the regular size was out of stock. It was the best price I found. After realizing it might be too large, I requested a cancellation, which was processed quickly. Unlike many other sites, this one provides good customer support. I appreciate their service!
This experience has been unbelievable. I placed an order on June 13th, 2025, for delivery to Greece. It took a week for any movement, and my package ended up traveling all over Europe without reaching me. I can only give one star for the refund process. I won't order again.
