I bought my daughter a (very expensive!) pair of joggers for Christmas. She tried them on and they were too small, so I returned them two days later, requesting an exchange for a larger size. After following up, customer service informed me they were sending the smaller size back, claiming they had been worn and had some animal fur on them: (1) They were only tried on for 5 minutes and then repacked! (2) We have a dog that doesn’t shed, so it’s possible there was some fluff from the carpet—nothing that a minute with a lint roller wouldn't fix. I'm still in discussions with customer service, as I find this treatment unfair. We are honest customers and are being severely penalized. Customer service seems completely unreasonable—I’ve never faced this issue with any other retailer!
