DO NOT RECOMMEND! My daughter was excited to get a pair of these joggers! The first pair arrived without any hemming tape. I've been waiting nearly two weeks for some to arrive, even after being informed twice that they had been shipped. I placed a second order reluctantly, and it's been over 8 days since I ordered, yet they haven't even been dispatched.

I bought my daughter a (very expensive!) pair of joggers for Christmas. She tried them on and they were too small, so I returned them two days later, requesting an exchange for a larger size. After following up, customer service informed me they were sending the smaller size back, claiming they had been worn and had some animal fur on them: (1) They were only tried on for 5 minutes and then repacked! (2) We have a dog that doesn’t shed, so it’s possible there was some fluff from the carpet—nothing that a minute with a lint roller wouldn't fix. I'm still in discussions with customer service, as I find this treatment unfair. We are honest customers and are being severely penalized. Customer service seems completely unreasonable—I’ve never faced this issue with any other retailer!
Terrible customer service. Long delivery times forced me to contact my bank. When I reached out to customer service, they said it was my responsibility to follow up with the shipping service, which is not legally correct. I returned an item a week before Christmas and haven't received any confirmation regarding my refund. The live chat is useless, and I had to pay for return shipping. Customer service response times are ridiculous. If my daughter didn’t like the product, I would never buy from them again.
Honestly fantastic. I ordered two pairs of joggers that arrived on time, and I can't believe how flattering they are. I love that they're made in London with premium material. The velour is super soft and flattering. I tend to roll mine down for that low-rise look. Definitely my favorite joggers! I love that they aren't just for lounging; I wear them out all the time and feel really put together. A wardrobe essential. Great experience. I will be buying more.
I ordered two pairs of joggers that were lost in transit and never reached my post office, which isn't the company's fault. I emailed to inform them and was asked if I had contacted the shipping service. I replied that they should handle it and send a replacement/refund. A new parcel was quickly sent out, but I wouldn't mind spending the £160.20 (with a discount code) on two pairs if they were of good quality, which they weren't. The sizing was completely off. I sent them back almost three weeks ago and didn’t hear anything. I tracked the return and saw it arrived at the company's warehouse on the 26th of November. I had to email again to inquire about the refund, which they then processed. It seems like customer service isn't very proactive; I had to remind them about my missing parcel and again for my refund after three weeks!
