I like the variety of dolls they show in the pictures but once you've purchased them you see they all look alike except for different clothes. This is my second time ordering thinking first time was a fluke. It takes forever to get your item, they automatically charge you damage/loss insurance but each package comes in bent, broken, and crushed. They don't communicate as to shipping, tracking number etc unless you escalate the order. You pay more thinking you are getting different facial features and looks, but the product you receive are all the same. I purchased from the Lanny series. I got better service from Amazon.
Do not trust this site. Doll and accessories that were ordered on the 17th March for my granddaughter for her birthday have never arrived.Contacted them, they gave me another tracking number to check. Same information on that tracking number that it was sitting at the Gold Coast depot on the 28th March. Have sent 2 emails to so called tracking company with never a reply back. Very disappointed.
My daughter had been asking for the Lucy doll for ages, and saved up her pocket money (with a little help!). I wasn't sure, but went ahead and ordered & was pleasantly surprised - the doll is MUCH better quality than I'd expected, pretty speedy shipping to the UK and such a lovely touch to find an extra outfit in the box. My daughter has been dressing her up ever since & even wants to bring her doll on holiday! :-)
Our new addition to our family has been greatly embraced and the motherly qualities that my daughter shares, are thanks to this little individual. Thank you Babeside for allowing my daughter to develop her compassion, parenting skills, building community. Thank you!
My grand daughter absolutely loves her new doll she takes it with her wherever so goes. Her eyes lit up when she saw her doll the first time she tells me Nana she is just like a real baby. Will definitely be getting another one soon
