This is my initial experience buying a reborn doll after some research, and I found this platform through social media. My daughter is absolutely in love with her, and the packaging was fantastic. I will certainly return in the future.
I purchased 2 silicone dolls as Christmas gifts for my daughters. They are adorable and very lifelike. My girls are thrilled with their new babies. However, my only concern is that after just 2 days, the eyelashes began to come off. I attempted to reattach them using eyelash glue as suggested, but they still struggle to stay in place.
I received the doll, and it does not resemble what was shown on the website at all. I've contacted the support team multiple times, and they only offered me a 15% refund, despite their policy clearly stating a 30-day money-back guarantee. This issue remains unresolved. I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller; it's been incredibly frustrating. They do not provide a phone number for assistance, and I have to wait for approval to receive the return address.
I ordered a 16" doll, and she is precisely what I hoped for! The ordering process was straightforward, and the shipping was fast. The doll looks extremely realistic, and my daughter adores it! I’m confident we will be making more purchases down the line! The only drawback I noticed is that the silicone tends to attract fuzz and pet hair, but aside from that, this is an ideal gift for children!
The product did not meet my expectations at all. My 8-year-old daughter was eager for a boy baby doll, so I ordered a full silicone doll for Christmas, but it looked nothing like the picture. Instead of a boy, it arrived as a girl. The advertised clothes and accessories do not fit, and the pacifier doesn’t adhere to its mouth as it should. Before it was even played with, the eyelashes were coming off, and hair was shedding. We had to remove the hair entirely due to bald spots that made it look absurd. Clearly, these dolls aren’t designed for play. Had I known this beforehand, I would have opted for a higher-quality option. Spending $170 on a doll that falls apart easily is ridiculous. I strongly advise against this purchase.

The misleading information on their website is concerning. Initially, the claim of a money-back guarantee and easy returns is untrue. Although the description states that returns can be sent to California, when contacting the support team, I was informed that I would need to pay to return the item to another country. A company should not promote a hassle-free return policy when it's far from accurate. Additionally, the promised 3-7 day shipping is also deceptive. It has been 22 days without receiving the item (notably, this is the second order as the first one was incorrect). Now, I might end up with two items once the second one arrives. I was not willing to pay over $150 to return the incorrect item.
It took me some time to realize that I ordered three dolls but only received one. I had paid for a 16-inch doll, yet they sent me a 12-inch. I spent $214 on each doll, including insurance, and now I need a refund or I will return the dolls to get back my nearly $900.
My item has been in transit for 20 days now. The tracking information indicates it was handed over to the carrier on 12/14, but the carrier claims they never received it. When I reached out to the support team, they insisted it was still in transit, even though the tracking suggests otherwise. Now, they have stopped responding. This company seems like a scam. Don't be misled!
I would give zero stars if possible! I doubt the accuracy of the positive reviews. If you check their social media, you'll find nothing but negative feedback. The doll I received was completely different from what was advertised and has an overpowering chemical smell. It was meant to be a Christmas gift, but I don't believe their products meet the safety standards they claim to adhere to. I don't feel safe giving it to my daughter. That's $80 wasted. The reviews on various platforms really need to be reassessed, as no little girl should receive a gift that has such a toxic odor.
