The user experience places the entire responsibility of data entry on the candidate, making me do the work that the service should handle. The system struggled to read my resume correctly, forcing me to manually input ten years of experience that was already submitted. Additionally, the strict requirements for specific start and end dates for jobs and education from long ago lead to unnecessary discrepancies and stress. A background check service should simplify the process, not complicate it. This platform feels outdated, repetitive, and unfriendly to users.
This service is incredibly unhelpful, and the customer support is virtually absent, with no representatives fluent in English. When you do manage to reach someone who speaks a bit of English, the call quality is so bad that you can't understand them. Their only task seems to be contacting your previous employers to verify your employment. I would never want this company reaching out to my former associates.
Most useless service on the planet, customer service is non existent as zero are fluent English speaking and when you do find a half English speaking representative, their connection is so poor you cannot make out what they're saying. All they do is call your past employers and ask if you work there. I WOULD NOT WANT THIS COMPANY CONTACTING PEOPLE I ASSOCIATED WITH.
Worst vetting experience. Seems like its a training institute where interns are sending out email overlapping requests. Wonder how come big companies still collaborate with such a worthless organisation. Like just soo pissed off with all ultimatum of strict deadlines over documents already submitted thrice.Hope top management of companies onboarding hire-right read this and do some good for their hires.
Absolutely useless company! Why on earth a larger company would outsource their background checking baffles me. The people at hireright have 0 common sense.With currently 650+ negative reviews, I am amazed this joke of a company is still going.Their checks have also cost me money.
If I could give this company ZERO stars I would. First of all none of them are from AMERICA. They’re all from India and think they’re so much smarter than you. I took my drug test on the 25th of November, I had to call them yesterday to get the results. My urine came back positive for marijuana, and Codene. I gave the people at the lab my medical prescriptions, and I don’t smoke marijuana it’s not legal in the state that I live in. Mind you I took a drug test in October for a different company, and my results came back negative. So now they’re positive and to have it retested it’s going to cost me $250. Hire right is the biggest scam of a company.
Best useful service ever!!!Imagine you hire a detective to investigate on someone. You paid them. And then they just emailed the person saying: "Please fill out exactly what you were doing every year. And please be honest, we can't find out if you're lying or not" (The later part is true btw, at least for some country).Another great thing is that I'm sure at least 50% of whatever the profit should be shared with the ones who are being investigated because they do half of the work already!!! 10/10 would recommend this to my mortal enemies.
