Customer service was very disappointing. The brake system on our new stroller broke, which is a serious safety issue covered under warranty. We were advised to bring it in for repair, which would take 4–6 weeks. They offered a loaner stroller as a 'special service,' but it was of much lower quality, used, and dirty, making it unsuitable for our newborn. When we declined, we received a rude email stating that the loaner was optional and no alternative solutions were available. Overall, this experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing due to the safety concern and the lack of professionalism in their response.
