The delivery of my ordered item was incredibly quick. Reaching out to customer support for any issues was very easy. The prices were more affordable compared to other retailers. I would recommend this service to anyone for all their baby needs.
Customer service was very disappointing. The brake system on our new stroller broke, which is a serious safety issue covered under warranty. We were advised to bring it in for repair, which would take 4–6 weeks. They offered a loaner stroller as a 'special service,' but it was of much lower quality, used, and dirty, making it unsuitable for our newborn. When we declined, we received a rude email stating that the loaner was optional and no alternative solutions were available. Overall, this experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing due to the safety concern and the lack of professionalism in their response.
The service uses a courier that has a poor customer experience. The delivery person rang the doorbell and left in 30 seconds, claiming I wasn't home. I opened the door 40 seconds later, and he was already gone. As a result, my parcel was delivered to a pickup point 5km away a week later. I won't purchase from this service while they continue using this courier.
This service has the worst customer support I've experienced. I reported damage to my delivered items days after receiving them, and it took over a year to get a response, blaming the manufacturer for delays. Eventually, I was informed that part of my claim was rejected due to 'wear and tear,' despite the items being in the box for only two days. After following up, I was told to contact the manufacturer directly as their partnership had ended. I can understand why, given their poor customer service. I will never buy from this service again.
