I ordered a bed frame on 16 November, and delivery occurred on 29 November. Unfortunately, it was incomplete and lacked several essential components, rendering it unusable. I reached out to the support team right away, but since then, there have been numerous failed attempts to address the issue:
- A delivery of missing parts scheduled for 5 December was still not complete.
- A subsequent delivery on 15 December brought an incorrect part for a different size bed and still missed vital components.
- I was later told that the correct parts would arrive, only to receive a cancellation notice from the courier service.
- Most recently, a delivery included a 6ft cross bar, but the necessary gas lift mechanism was absent, leaving the bed unusable. Nearly a month post-delivery, despite multiple contacts and assurances, my order remains incomplete. I've received incorrect items, partial shipments, and no clear timeline for resolution. Due to the ongoing issues and lack of progress, I have decided to reject the goods and request a full refund. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and time-consuming, and I would strongly advise others to steer clear.
