Do not buy from this company. I bought a mattress around 2 weeks ago and yet it hasn’t even been shipped out. I sent them an email asking why it hadn’t been, given they love to boast about their one week delivery. They responded saying they were going to ship it in 5 working days. Unbelievable. I’ve waited practically 3 weeks now for a mattress. I’ve already built my bed and cannot even use it because of their awful service. Customer service hasn’t even responded to my other emails.

Sturdy bed with a straightforward assembly process

The bed I received is quite sturdy and assembly was straightforward. I placed my order just before Christmas, and it arrived within the expected timeframe, although the delivery service was a day late. I would certainly consider using this service again.

Exercise caution when dealing with this service.

I strongly recommend being very cautious with this service. We placed an order for a bed in October, and since then, we have received numerous emails (at least 5–7) confirming delivery dates, but no delivery has occurred. The initial items delivered were incorrect and mismatched, and the situation has dragged on for months. Communication has been extremely lacking. Customer support repeatedly assured us of updates, calls, and deliveries that never materialized. At one point, even the delivery service reached out to us, inquiring if we had contacted the supplier about the bed's delivery — while the service itself remained unresponsive. We requested a refund, but were informed it would only be processed if we initiated a bank chargeback first, despite the ongoing issue. We are still stuck with an incorrect bed taking up space in our small apartment, causing considerable inconvenience. Overall, the lack of reliability, accountability, and customer service has been unacceptable. Based on our experience, I would not recommend engaging with this service.

Extremely Disappointed with the Order Process

I ordered a bed frame on 16 November, and delivery occurred on 29 November. Unfortunately, it was incomplete and lacked several essential components, rendering it unusable. I reached out to the support team right away, but since then, there have been numerous failed attempts to address the issue:
- A delivery of missing parts scheduled for 5 December was still not complete.
- A subsequent delivery on 15 December brought an incorrect part for a different size bed and still missed vital components.
- I was later told that the correct parts would arrive, only to receive a cancellation notice from the courier service.
- Most recently, a delivery included a 6ft cross bar, but the necessary gas lift mechanism was absent, leaving the bed unusable. Nearly a month post-delivery, despite multiple contacts and assurances, my order remains incomplete. I've received incorrect items, partial shipments, and no clear timeline for resolution. Due to the ongoing issues and lack of progress, I have decided to reject the goods and request a full refund. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and time-consuming, and I would strongly advise others to steer clear.

Disappointed with the mattress description

I purchased what was advertised as a medium to firm mattress for my daughter’s small double bed, hoping for better support after a previous soft one caused her partner to roll into her. I was pleased with the quick delivery, but upon unpacking, I found it to be the same disappointing soft mattress as the one I had removed. It's still soft and springy, leading to rolling issues. I'm frustrated with the misleading description, as it doesn't match the medium to firm claim or the image on the platform. Considering reaching out to consumer services. Two stars for the speedy delivery.

Major delivery and communication issues.

Delivery was delayed with no updates. The wrong mattress was sent (a small single instead of a standard single). Additionally, the custom side rails I ordered weren't included. Now, both the mattress and side rails are still in my home. Management has not responded to provide a solution. I'm currently pursuing a refund for the mattress, as I had to find an alternative myself. Customer service is lacking, and management needs to address this situation rather than ignoring it. This has caused a lot of stress and financial burden. NOT RELIABLE OR TRUSTWORTHY! The bed quality does not justify the hassle.

Awful experience

Our experience with the company has been awful. We ordered a double bed for my daughter in September. When the bed arrived, a side piece was missing. We waited several weeks for the missing piece. My daughter used the bed for 2 months, and then one of the sides broke, causing the bed to collapse. We requested a replacement piece, which we finally received after 2 weeks, but it was for a different model, so we had to return it. My daughter has been without a bed for weeks!
