I strongly recommend being very cautious with this service. We placed an order for a bed in October, and since then, we have received numerous emails (at least 5–7) confirming delivery dates, but no delivery has occurred. The initial items delivered were incorrect and mismatched, and the situation has dragged on for months. Communication has been extremely lacking. Customer support repeatedly assured us of updates, calls, and deliveries that never materialized. At one point, even the delivery service reached out to us, inquiring if we had contacted the supplier about the bed's delivery — while the service itself remained unresponsive. We requested a refund, but were informed it would only be processed if we initiated a bank chargeback first, despite the ongoing issue. We are still stuck with an incorrect bed taking up space in our small apartment, causing considerable inconvenience. Overall, the lack of reliability, accountability, and customer service has been unacceptable. Based on our experience, I would not recommend engaging with this service.
