I put the wrong postcode on the order and Lauren was very prompt and efficient about changing it. DPD were useless at delivering, I waited in from 2.30 pm on Saturday for them to turn up, they said they were delayed and would deliver before 8pm so I cancelled going out, they never turned up. So had to take Monday morning off as leaving in a safe place was not an option even though I had put it on the order . Didn’t realise it was flat pack ! Mine you I hate the internet and mail order. It was a Christmas present for my granddaughter, my daughter chose. I would have paid twice the amount to buy from a local shop. Apologies probably not what you wanted to hear ! All the best
