My order was cancelled by the company due to an error on their side, which immediately caused delays and stress. Although this was eventually corrected, the problems didn’t stop there.

When the furniture was delivered, an essential item – the changing unit – was missing. I reported this straight away and was reassured it would be sent out immediately. Unfortunately, that reassurance meant nothing.

After hearing nothing, I chased again, only to be told customer services needed to speak to the warehouse. Since then, another week has passed with no update, no delivery and no communication. I’ve now been left repeatedly chasing for something that should have been resolved weeks ago.

I urgently need this furniture. The website advertises a 10-day delivery, yet it has now been over a month since my order and I am still missing a vital piece of furniture. The lack of communication and ownership has been incredibly disappointing and stressful.

I would not recommend this company.
