I strongly advise against using this service. I ordered a pram on 17 November 2025, and it took over a month to dispatch. During this time, the company provided misleading updates, consistently blaming the supplier for the delays. Upon contacting the supplier directly, I found out the issue was not theirs. The lack of transparency and accountability was shocking. Customer support was unhelpful and evasive, and their phone lines seemed permanently disconnected, leaving customers without reliable communication. Do not be swayed by their lower prices; the stress, delays, and dishonesty far outweigh any savings. Save yourself the frustration and choose a reputable retailer instead. This service is simply not worth the risk.
