I ordered a Silver Cross number bar on 21st January expecting a 1-2 day delivery as confirmed with the order. I’ve called up chasing this as nothing was received by 10th Feb. They said that because it’s out of stock they have just sat on the order. Now that I have chased, they will contact SilverCross to order the part which is likely to also be out of stock. Absolute Joke! It’s taken them 3weeks and me chasing to realise they need to do something.
I placed an order on 4 December and made the payment the same day via a payment platform. My credit card statement confirms the payment, and the invoice clearly indicates that the payment was processed, so there is no doubt that I completed my part. I waited through the promised 7–10 working day delivery period without any dispatch, tracking information, or updates. After multiple inquiries, I was finally informed on 22 December that my order had not been dispatched due to a supposed 'pending payment,' which was the first mention of any payment issue.
It's very concerning that an online retailer can issue an invoice showing payment confirmation, have the payment verified by the card provider, and then weeks later claim the order is unpaid. This indicates significant flaws in their payment and order management systems. It's hard to grasp how an online business can function with such ineffective systems.
To make matters worse, their contact number is non-functional, leaving customers without a way to communicate directly and forcing all interactions through slow email replies. If there was a real payment issue, it should have been detected and communicated right away. Instead, I was left waiting for weeks and ultimately blamed for an internal error. The lack of transparency, poor communication, ineffective contact methods, and unreliable systems made this an incredibly frustrating experience. Proceed with caution.

After no initial contact, I finally received an email on 19th November stating they couldn't fulfill the order. I got my refund on 8th December, nearly three months after ordering. This was incredibly frustrating, especially during a busy time. I ended up ordering the same highchair from another company, which arrived within 48 hours. My advice is to look elsewhere.
The dog walker was delightful. Despite an initial mix-up with my order, the team resolved it quickly and provided excellent customer service. The exchange was completed in time for Christmas. I am really let down by the service so far. I ordered two stair gates with a promised delivery of 7-10 days in mid-October. Whenever I contacted them via email, I was told stock was expected soon, but it never arrived. I had to buy elsewhere and have requested a refund multiple times, but my emails go unanswered. I tried calling and received a message saying they were busy fulfilling orders. It's disappointing, and based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend this service again.

After multiple follow-ups, there has been no response, and their phone number is non-functional. I placed my order three weeks ago, and it's concerning that they took my money but haven't delivered the right product. I've requested a refund if the correct item isn’t coming, but my emails are being ignored. While I understand it's a busy time, I am deeply disappointed.
