I am really let down by the service so far. I ordered two stair gates with a promised delivery of 7-10 days in mid-October. Whenever I contacted them via email, I was told stock was expected soon, but it never arrived. I had to buy elsewhere and have requested a refund multiple times, but my emails go unanswered. I tried calling and received a message saying they were busy fulfilling orders. It's disappointing, and based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend this service again.
