I received the wrong item and had to arrange for its return. Since then, I have not received any communication about when I will get the correct item. After multiple follow-ups, there has been no response, and their phone number is non-functional. I placed my order three weeks ago, and it's concerning that they took my money but haven't delivered the right product. I've requested a refund if the correct item isn’t coming, but my emails are being ignored. While I understand it's a busy time, I am deeply disappointed.
