Customer service is terrible. I emailed three times to try to resolve my solution and got the same copy and pasted email each time. I proposed multiple options to try to help resolve the problem including sending the product back at my own cost and i dont believe my emails were even being read. For reference my carrier had a fault which they conclude was my own doing even though i sent multiple photos showing there was no rips, tears, cuts or any other signs of damage.
