Ordered an item from a friend's registry from Canadian website, thinking everything would arrive well before baby shower. Had to follow up to actually get an item shipped out only to have it run into some hiccups clearing customs (refused by UPS Customs Broker), and it's been a painful process to get any sort of meaningful update through multiple channels (Email, Social Media). "We have escalated with Warehouse team" is not a satisfactory response, but is the only thing they will provide. I am not sure how they operate physical retail, but seems like their online retail seriously needs work. I have asked them to provide specific dates, but I doubt they would be able to provide that. Refund process should be fun, so I may need to file a claim with my credit card to get my money back.
