I purchased a BabyBjörn Baby Carrier Mini and experienced a serious issue during the first and only use. While wearing the carrier according to the instructions, a plastic fastening area rubbed against my jacket and caused a tear in the fabric.I contacted BabyBjörn support, provided clear photos of the carrier and the damage, and explained exactly how it happened. Despite this, they refused to take responsibility and stated they could not identify any issue with the product.For a premium-priced baby carrier, I expected better design quality and much better customer support. This experience has made me lose trust in the brand, and I would advise other parents to be cautious.
