I will never order directly from this company again. I am so disappointed with how they are treating THEIR mistake. I ordered 2 items and only received 1. I reached out to them about the missing item and they have been so extremely slow with handling it. They keep saying things like "I will update you once I receive feedback from the team." I don't even know what that means. I just want my refund for a product I NEVER even received. I don't understand why that is so difficult for this company.
