Honestly, these are among the worst designed products I have ever used. It is clear that the design team lacks experience with infants. Every element of the design is neither efficient nor easy to use. Bottles topple over in the washer, and balancing lids and nipples on the top shelf requires a steady hand. When taking the lid off, everything tends to fall apart, and the handle of the water tank interferes with the lid. It's puzzling that there isn't an automatic quick wash or sterilize option; you have to wait and manually select settings. The bottle maker is equally cumbersome and poorly crafted. Overall, a very costly and disappointing experience.
