These products are some of the worst designed items I have ever used. It's apparent that the design team does not have experience with babies. Not a single feature is user-friendly or efficient. Bottles tend to topple in the washer, and balancing lids and nipples on the top shelf is tricky. When removing the lid, everything often falls apart, and the water tank's handle obstructs the lid. It's surprising that there is no automatic quick wash or sterilize option; instead, you must wait and manually choose settings. The bottle maker is just as awkward and poorly designed. Overall, this has been a very expensive and disappointing experience.

My baby brezza pro formula was making a horrible noise after nearly 9 months of usage. I have send them.just a picture and in 10 min was all sorted. Very professional, and hi productive. I really appreciate all the team support.
We bought our bottle washer pro back in February we use it twice daily most days and it’s been fantastic, it came up with a glitch and we couldn’t trouble shoot it so got in touch with the team and they responded quickly and promptly and dispatched us a replacement their 18 month extended warranty is fantastic and the team are so easy to deal with. A couple of WhatsApp messages back and forth it couldn’t have been easier. Cannot recommend the product enough and the customer service is second to none alongside the product. Really have confidence in the brand, the product and the team behind it.

Very happy with our bottle washer pro, and our formula pro! Very easy to set up and use. Will take a lot of pressure off when baby arrives.I had to order some descaling tablets & detergent tablets for my machine. Had a problem via Royal Mail which my parcel had arrived opened and empty. I sent an email of proof of this and spoke to a lovely customer service representative Polly over the phone and email, who sorted a replacement order out within minutes! Fantastic customer service & very happy. Will always recommend the brand, and even more so now you can depend on the customer service.
