Very happy with our bottle washer pro, and our formula pro! Very easy to set up and use. Will take a lot of pressure off when baby arrives.I had to order some descaling tablets & detergent tablets for my machine. Had a problem via Royal Mail which my parcel had arrived opened and empty. I sent an email of proof of this and spoke to a lovely customer service representative Polly over the phone and email, who sorted a replacement order out within minutes! Fantastic customer service & very happy. Will always recommend the brand, and even more so now you can depend on the customer service.
