All staff and very knowledgeable, are quick to help with any queries or concernd. Will always be happy to do fit checks and check the install of the car seats. If needed they will adjust to make sure your baby has the best fit and seats are installed properly. I have experience this first hand over the passed year when. I have gone in to check my toddlers fit and my newborns fit who was born early and is very tiny. Can't fault them at all. They also have a wide range of prams and car seats that you can look at and test in store. You will not get the same treatment in places like mamas and papas etc like you do at baby b who go above and beyond for there customers even after you have purchased
