Customer service is shocking and they don’t care about there customers
Brought an oyster 4 tandem and collapsed with my premature baby in after 4 weeks
Let alone when unboxed it was all scratched up both sides of the chassis
I raised issues when opened it then again when used it as wheels got stuck and kept buckling then after collapsed with my baby in it
I told them I wanted to return for refund and the abuse I got saying I can’t cos didn’t raise in 30 days what the first problem I did I told them I would not accept a repair or replacement they carried on to get it repaired
I’ve claimed via bank got some money back but paid £250+ in cash what they saying I didn’t when I know I did
They aslo chuck the prams around in store when I dropped mine of was just dropped into a box I was stood there
All the staff are very rude
They don’t care about there customers at all only the money and power
The abuse I have received is unreal
Especially from the manger Anne-Marie
They are also ignoring all my emails when I state I’m taking to small claims court
