I was charged for a subscription I did not authorize and emailed to cancel. My bank shows excessive deductions, four times the original charge. Today, another 200 AED was deducted at 1 AM without my purchases. I urgently need my money back, or I will file a police complaint. I'm very frustrated and feel like I'm dealing with a scam. This service is disappointing.
