Unauthorized Subscription Charge

I was recently charged for a subscription that I did not authorize. I emailed to cancel it, but my bank account shows an excessive deduction, four times the original amount. Today, another 200 AED was automatically deducted from my account at 1 AM, and I haven't made any purchases. I need my money returned quickly, or I will have to file a police complaint. I'm extremely upset and feel like I'm dealing with a scam. This service is very disappointing.

Unauthorized Charges and Lack of Response

Refund Process After Unauthorized Charge

I was recently charged for a subscription I did not authorize. After contacting the support team and escalating my case, they agreed to issue a refund as an exception. I appreciate the communication and willingness to resolve the issue. However, I'm still waiting for the refund to be finalized in my account. I'll update this review once I receive the refund. I hope the company follows through promptly to confirm this matter is fully resolved.
