Their customer service is nonexistent. When I called, all I got was a promise of a callback, which never happened. I tried emailing and received only an automated response with incorrect details. They don’t disclose that they only offer exchanges and store credits with a return fee. This business is not customer-friendly, and I wouldn't recommend ordering from them.
