Disappointing quality and poor return experience

The quality of the item was lacking, as it felt quite cheap. Additionally, the return policy is quite frustrating. They only offer store credit for returns and you must initiate it within 10 days. Furthermore, despite not being mentioned in their policy, there is a $15 fee for returns made within that timeframe. After starting the return process, I received an email stating that approval is required, and they will respond within 24-48 hours. On top of that, there is no customer service phone number available. I would strongly advise against making a purchase here, as there are many alternatives with better quality and customer service.

Extremely Disappointed with the Service

Throughout the wait, the support team kept insisting it was still in production and even offered to cancel the order by the second month. Avoid Ordering

Their customer service is nonexistent. When I called, all I got was a promise of a callback, which never happened. I tried emailing and received only an automated response with incorrect details. Warning: Dishonest Practices

If I could give zero stars, I would! I’m filing a complaint for false advertising if I don’t get a full refund. They claim items are solid gold, but what I received was hollow. They refused to cancel my order despite having a cancellation option on their site. Their policy on store credit is hidden and not easily accessible. Consumer protection laws are in place to guard against false advertising, even in California.

This is the worst online retailer I’ve ever dealt with. Most items are 'special orders,' leading to long wait times. Their return policy only allows for store credit within 7 days, even for incorrect items. It seems like a scam to me. Avoid this company at all costs.
